  2. Every moment an idea springs, my sketchbook is at the ready. When I'm working; talking on the phone, I can't help but doodle wherever there is paper! Sometimes I even start to doodle on my skin! Doodling calms me, so when I am stressed or just have a lot on my mind, doodling helps bring me back to center. It's my bliss and happy place

  7. I start doodling whenever I'm generating ideas or just reading. I spend most of my time and paper on this activity.

  10. Anytime I find my idle hands alone with a pencil and something to draw on, doodling is like fertilizer for imagination, the more you use it the more you get. ❥❙:⊃)⊳

  11. When I'm in meetings at work and on the phone is when I do unplanned doodling. I try to doodle on specific projects I'm working on every day on my morning and lunch breaks. It's a nice break from all the stress of the work day.

  12. I doodle, when I am on the phone. So I have to make sure, that there are always paper and pens ready for use. And sometimes, it is the other way round. I look at my paper next to the phone and think, who could I ring next to get a new colourful doodle :-)

  17. I doodle whenever I need my hands to do something so I can focus on what I am hearing in meetings. I still get looks, but if I weren't doing something physical, I'd daydream or get sleepy.

  18. I doodle when I'm on the phone or in a meeting, sitting at the kitchen table or riding on the train. I doodle while doing crossword puzzles or just looking out the window. And my doodles look a lot like those Zentangles! Nice to know my doodling has a name.

  24. I think I, like most people, doddle when I am talking on the phone. Usually a conversation that I have no interest in. So I guess that would make the actual answer I doodle when I am bored out of my mind.

  38. When inspiration is no where to be found, when the great white piece of paper is way too intimidating, when I'm worried, or sad, or bored, and yes, when that relative calls and talks non-stop for 40 minutes straight, I doodle.
