ADVANCED WINNER - Carrie Alderfer

WHY IT WON: There is no escaping the attention to detail that you gave this piece. The colors draw you in and keep you looking around at each element. The composition is wonderful. I can’t say anything more but great job!
WHY IT WON: How can you not be in love with this piece? We love how you added the crab to give it that extra life. The colors, in the shadows, are brilliant and still translate as such. Your personal style is just fantastic and we are proud to show off this artwork!
JUNIOR WINNER - Andrea Lukács

WHY IT WON: First of all - congratulation on being the first winner of our new Junior Category! What a great job you’ve done. I love the white highlights that really make each element pop and give dimensions to the sticks. The addition of color into the shadows is great. You could have put a little more detail into the background but the color and style that you chose really let the sticks and stones take center stage. I hope to see more from you!
